What is our signature?

As the owner and licensee of Signature Properties Mudgee, I’m often asked: ‘what makes our agency different, what makes us unique?’

When we established the business in 2015, we saw a gap in the market – there were no real estate agencies in Mudgee, exclusively operating in property management. So, we filled it. We set up Signature Properties Mudgee to offer a personalised, professional service to my clients.

That’s the point of difference and what has really become our signature. As the manager of day-to-day operations, our clients know they deal exclusively with me from the start to the finish of their property management journey, guaranteeing them one-on-one support and communication. One email address, one contact number, one person. Our clients often comment on how much they like hearing a consistent voice on the end of the phone, or via email. They feel at ease knowing who they are dealing with every time – it assures them their investment is in safe hands.

As co-owner of the business, I also have a vested interest in getting great results for each and every client – that’s why I’m completely committed to delivering a professional service. I am committed to getting properties rented out quickly, but also ensuring they have the right tenants. We pride ourselves on finding high-quality, reliable tenants for our homes, and keeping in regular contact with them to make sure our clients’ investments are well-maintained.
